At Sync Interior Design it is our mission to provide outstanding design solutions. We believe it is essential to each project to synchronize the interior design with the architecture and in doing so, create an environment that exudes beauty, is balanced, harmonious and functional. Kim has worked on numerous residential projects in the Seattle area. The scope of work has varied from large to small scale projects and has included new construction and renovations.
Kim Koch received her Bachelor of Science from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas in 1997. After graduating, her work with award winning Texas firms provided the experience and foundation to establish Sync Interior Design in 2003. In 2005, Kim passed the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) furthering her credentials and knowledge of the technical abilities necessary to make the transition from conceptual design to physical space.
Through the development of sketches and Auto CAD documentation, Sync Interior Design will provide the necessary information to the contractor, the subcontractors including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consultants. We can provide floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish and fixture selections. Complete specifications provide the basis for accurate quotes and minimize the chances of hidden costs at a later time.
